The REAL New York Bagel - boiled and baked the same way for over 75 years. Not your usual "roll with a hole". Some say the American bagel has lost its way. Our bagel dough is AUTHENTIC with no conditioners, emulsifiers, or preservatives of any kind. Only the good stuff. 12 plain, 4 sesame, 4 poppy, and 4 cinnamon raisin. Slice in half (preferably using a fork), put into a plastic bag and freeze the ones you can’t eat immediately. Take out a piece at a time and pop in the toaster oven. Amazing!!
