Operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

What is the cut off time for an order to be shipped out today?
As our products are perishable, we have to adopt specific shipping guidelines to ensure that our products arrive as fresh as possible and are not delayed in transit.
  • Any orders placed Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday by 2pm EST can be shipped either 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, and will be shipped the same day.
  • Any orders placed on Thursday by 2:00pm EST can only be shipped overnight for Friday delivery. If overnight shipping is not selected, the order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
  • Any orders placed after Thursday at 2:00pm EST or anytime Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.


Are gifts seen online offered at your stores?
While we do not stock them, you may place an order with us on our toll free phone line and we will have it waiting for you at any one of stores.

Are your products kosher certified?
Yes - We are under the auspices of the Orthodox Kashruth Supervision Services - Rabbi Harry Cohen, Rabbinic Administrator.

Are peanuts or other nuts used in your products?
Please note that nuts and peanuts are used in the production of many of our products. If you or someone you are buying for, has a nut allergy we strongly suggest you do not buy any of our products.

What if I see a product at one of your stores but not on the Internet? Can I still order it?
At this time we will only be offering what is listed on our site. However we encourage you to let us know what you are looking for, as we will try and add it in the future.

Can I place an order and have it ship out on a future date?
If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please type your request in the “Special Instructions” window, which will appear during the checkout process.
